Payment Terms

At Ian Flemmings Transportation Services Ltd., we are committed to providing reliable and professional transportation, tours, and airport transfer services. This policy outlines our terms regarding bookings, cancellations, and refunds. It applies equally to all customers and complies with our payment processor (NCB Merchant Services) requirements.

  1. Booking & Payment
  • All bookings must be confirmed with full payment or a deposit via our secure online payment system.
  • Payments are processed through NCB Bank’s merchant services to ensure safety and reliability.
  • A confirmation email will be issued once payment is received.
  1. Customer Cancellations
  • Airport Transfers: Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time are eligible for a full refund.
  • Island Tours & Excursions: Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure are eligible for a full refund.
  • Late Cancellations:
    • Within 48 hours (transfers) or 72 hours (tours) of service, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
    • No-shows or cancellations after the scheduled pick-up time are non-refundable.
  1. Cancellations by Company
  • In the rare event that Ian Flemmings Transportation Services Ltd. must cancel a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, mechanical issues), customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
  1. Refunds
  • Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method used at booking, in accordance with NCB’s merchant policy.
  • No cash refunds will be issued.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • If applicable, documented expenses (such as return postage of vouchers, if ever required) may be reimbursed via credit receipt, subject to our approval.
  1. Amendments to Bookings
  • Customers may request a change of date or time at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up.
  • All changes are subject to availability.
  1. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for delays, changes, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, traffic conditions, road closures, strikes, or government regulations.

  1. Equal Treatment

This cancellation and refund policy applies equally to all customers to ensure fairness and transparency.

  1. Changes to Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be submitted to NCB Bank in advance and published on our website before taking effect.
