We recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead to guarantee your preferred vehicle and driver. For peak travel periods — Christmas, Easter and summer holidays — 3–5 days notice is ideal. That said, we regularly accommodate same-day bookings when availability allows, so it's always worth asking.

Yes. We operate from Norman Manley International Airport (KIN) and on request MBJ. We cover transfers to and from hotels, resorts and private addresses across the entire island — including Ocho Rios, Negril, Runaway Bay, Port Antonio and beyond.

We accept secure online payment in advance via credit/debit card or bank transfer in both USD and JMD through our Fygaro payment link. Paying in advance confirms your booking and guarantees your driver. Cash on arrival may be arranged in certain circumstances — please discuss this when requesting your quote.

Don't worry — we monitor flight arrivals in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will be updated automatically and will adjust their arrival time accordingly. You won't be charged any extra for delays outside your control. Just make sure your flight number is included in your booking so we can track it.

Once your driver is assigned, you receive a personal tracking link via WhatsApp or email. Tap it to open a live map showing exactly where your driver is in real time — no app download required, works on any smartphone browser. You can share the link with anyone in your travel party so everyone knows when to expect the vehicle.

Our fleet includes a Toyota Hiace (up to 12 passengers) and a Toyota Voxy (up to 7 passengers) — both air-conditioned and well-maintained. For larger groups or special events, contact us and we'll advise the best configuration. All vehicles are JUTA-licensed and fully insured.

Absolutely. We offer full-day and multi-day hire for groups, families, corporate clients, weddings and cruise ship excursions. Your driver stays with your party throughout, and the itinerary is fully flexible — you decide where to go and when. Yes. Ian Flemmings Transportation Services Ltd. is a fully licensed member of the Jamaica Union of Travellers Association (JUTA) — the official body regulating tourist transportation in Jamaica.
